Returns and exchanges are designed to ensure confidence in every purchase, while respecting the quality and integrity of each item.

Returns & Exchanges - 🇰🇼 Kuwait

  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in pristine condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Returns are accepted if:
    • An item is defective
    • The item does not match its description or images
    • A different item was delivered than what was ordered
  • Exchanges for size, color, or preference are accepted if the item remains in sellable condition and the request is made within the allowed period.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable or personal hygiene goods (e.g., undergarments, opened grooming products)

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Cash payments are refunded in cash.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit or an alternative method may be offered.

International Orders

  • Returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping, customs duties, and processing fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

Required Documentation

  • Original invoice or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.
